Scored a couple Lightforce 140's with lens covers fitted. Being a Hella user for years, whats the general consensus on running these things with the covers on, as they seemed to get very hot in the short time that I had them on to see if they worked. Admittedly they didn't have an air flow over them as they would in normal operation.

They are designed to be used with covers on.

We stock a range of covers that alter the beam.

Smart move leaving the Hellas behind . I just did a trip through the Kimberley with my HID Hellas . I could not count how many times I had to get out and put plastic bags over each of them to stop them filling up with water during creek crossings .

Definitly won't be taking the Hellas off. Not even sure I like the look of these things , but for zilch I thought they would be OK for a reverse light or something.
