"Please explain" the trip gathering page ,cant find it on the left colum.Have I missed something here.Senior moments , you get a card for that do you ?Now Im confused.

Top of page, put you mouse arrow on the Members Button, it will then open up, then go down to Members Trips/ Gatherings and click on it. Once the page opens scroll down to the WA section.
