Just had a friend have his patrol wagon cut down and a tray put on it .He asked the panel beater what happen to the old rear doors , light assemblies and bumpers, he was advised out the back he could take what he wanted from about any model 4wd he wanted for free .
This was done in
Perth but all capitals would have simlar panel beaters sound a cheap way to back end spares

Sounds crazy, might as
well leave the till out the back overnight. I'm sure you are right but any business is mad to throw opportunities like that away. Even if they sold it at one tenth the retail it still is cream money for them and still a bargain for the public.
Worth checking these
places if you are in need of that sort of gear though.
Trevor.

I have been chasing the rear-end bumpers, lights etc; off a 2000 ST patrol for a while now, and the only one I found that doesn't throw them out wanted 10% less than brand new from Nissan.
Needless to say I told 'em to get stuffed!

Hey Rick, maybe we should look at getting some bits together?
Buy the whole lot in one?
