I found this on their website - it is for the installation of a upgrade "patch" - but may be same method or inititial installation. The only other way would be to make sure PDA is connected to PC (via Acitivesync) and run the installation program from PC (thats how a lot of other PDA programs install) - but try method below first.
Make sure that your Pocket PC is connected to your Desktop/Laptop and make sure Activesync says "Connected".
On your desktop find the file you saved, Right click on it and select Copy.
Open the Activesync window and click on Explore.
Next double click on My Pocket PC.
Next double click on My Documents.
Next Right click anywhere in the My Documents window then click Paste. This will copy the patch file and save it to the "My Documents" folder on your Pocket PC.
Once the file has been copied down to your Pocket PC, disconnect your Pocket PC from your laptop/desktop.
On your Pocket PC, go to Start >Programs > File Explorer > My Documents.
In the "My Documents" folder, you will see the file that you just copied over from your laptop/desktop. Tap on this file to start the installation. When the installation starts, you may be warned with this message "CoPilot is already installed! Would you like to reinstall?" Click Yes to reinstall CoPilot. You may also be asked, "Do you want to replace these files?", Click "Yes to All" to install all the update files.
NOTE: Once the software has been installed, the .CAB file should automatically remove itself from your Pocket PC.
Cheers

Hello Richard
Goldfields....after
Pilbara 50K which is next on the list (ready for Christmas). There is no 50K mapping of Goldfields - so it will be 100K - may do it as 3 or 4 separate DVDs..but maybe not... should have something happening this time next year.
Cheers

Hi,
If you connect via activesync to the computer that you originally used to install the software you can click tools -> add/remove programs in the Activesync program. You should see the list of programs you have installed. If you click the box next to copilot then you can reinstall it, presuming it hasn't been deleted from your PC.
Good luck.
Cheers Frank.

gpsaustralia.net is a website with
forum like this that you can ask Q's in, if they can't help no one can.
I run co-pilot but have never had to reboot it.....yet ;-))).
