G'day,
have heard various bits of news from here and there but the most accurate, up to date info I can give you from Yerranderie, is that after considering various "parties", Val has donated Yerranderie to the Blue Mountains World
Heritage Institute. The handover will be comlete in about 6 mths. Yerranderie is still, and is to remain, open to the public. Yerranderie is aware of the "locked up" concern but this will not be the case here.
This is extremely generous of Val, she has just celebrated her 83rd birthday and wants to ensure Yerranderie is in good hands.
