Ron George
G/day fellas,a slight problem with the rig; 1980 Ford F100 4x4. I fitted a Lokka brand diff lock to the front axial (Dayna 44) When in 4wd & the axial is under load the power steering system just doese`nt have enough grunt to turn the
wheels...even in 2wd, at a stand still & tight maneuvering...pretty much the same situation, the old pump spat the dummy just after xmass, replaced with brand new pump resulting in no improvement with the above mentioned problem... I`ve been told that there are kits available where you drill & tap into your existing box then plumb in a power ram that is attached to the axial & steering linkage... Your thoughts & comments very much appreciated.
Cheers Ron.
