Hi all, I am interested to know the condition of the track from
Gibb River Rd to Oombulgurri. Anybody travelled it ?

Track from Carson river to Striker
Mine is OK, maintained by Striker, (I believe that is the name) after the
mine it is bad !!!!.
I have not been there for several years and it does get washed away. There is virtually no traffic, and no maintenance except by the few that do go. We had to gather rocks and fill washaways the first time we were there.
I have only been as far as the
Berkeley river so can not comment on the section from Whyndham side through Oombulgurri to the Berkeley, although one time while we were at the river, a vehicle with a couple of suspects came in via Oombulgurri.
so it is/was passable.
