Hi all,
Just wondering if anybody has had dealings with Black Widow Car Alarms..... one of those satalite alarms. cost over $2000
They installed one into one of my machines approx 18mths ago and has not worked correctly after the first 3 months.
They have replaced it on 3 occasions and also tried to fix it on numerous occasions.
Last time they replaced it I told them if it played up again "I want it removed and money refunded"
I faxed them a letter, of course no response..... I went to office of fair trading... Again gave all excuses under the sun, including telling them they had sold me a second hand unit. As far as I knew I purchased a brand new one.
Is it worth taking them to the "Consumer, Trader and tennancy Tribunal"?
Has anybody had experience with the procedings?

2 grand for an alarm? I would want the damn thing working faultlessly for the next ten years. Not Good Enough!!!!!!!!
