Hi all
Have just sold track
shack camper and brought a
penguin camper with AL-KO IRS
suspension. Has anyone had any experience with them good or bad how will it travel on outback roads.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Spike ,
I had the AL-KO on a 4WD trailer that did sterling service without breaking , but I have heard they are very hard to repair in the field if they go pear shaped . That could be wrong , but I think I remember reading it on this site somewhere .
Why did you sell the Trak Shak ? I have one and I feel that it is too big and too much of a hassle to put up for one night ( even two ). I am thinking of removing the canvas and installing a simple fold out soft floor camper set up .
Cheers ,
Willie .

Hi Willi
Track
shack was fantastic when we had two kids traveling with us.
But with only the two of us it so was to big and the wife got crook on last trip so it was a hassel as you say for 1/2 nights.
I hope the
penguin serves me as
well as the track did.
