Hi all,for all those living around the S.E.Q section of QLD,& to any visitors from other domains of Oz,& those that are unaware of a newish 4x4 park it is,Spring 4x4 camping & adventure park about 10-15 ks sth of Warwick. I spent sunday there with a 4x4 club & we all had a great day, the tracks are rated easy, moderate & difficult. At the office (this is where you pay to enter)they have kiosk, they were cooking sunday brekky for those that wanted it .(very nice).Entry fee for the day was $25 per car.The camp ground is nice with big holes for camp fires,3 hot/cold shower wc rooms with a ramp to one for the disabled even a baby bath if you have one with you.The tracks are very well signed posted,& some still raw so to speak. The owners who's names i cannot remember seem like very nice & friendly people.
I am not & will not affiliated with them in any way just a nice place to visit & hope some of you here do at some time in the future.

Thanks Bob, so when is the gathering that you are organising out there going to happen hehehehe.?
Sounds nice but too cold this time of year for an o/nighter wouldn't it be?
How hard compared to some of the tracks we did up at landcruiser the other week?
Did you get any photo's?
My badge is in my rig profile, if you think I need one, to ask this many questions.

Cheers, Trevor.

No i did not get photo's but the club photographer got some good one's.There was some rain out there last week so it was soft in places & water in some of the creeks.

Gold Coast Four Wheel Drive Club Bob, although I'm not sure where they were camped, is there only one camp ground? Mix of Trailers and tents..... would have been a Kimberley and a new Ultimate camper trailer here.

Cheers
