do 245/70 tyres fit standard rims off 2000 rodeo tray?

I think that they would probably be too wide for the rim as it is only 6inch, the standard tyre being a 205x16 the usual replacement is a 225x70x16 . My RA Rodeo has 245 ,75x16 tyres as standard but the rims are 7inch.
