Hi I have these tyres on my hilux and have used them in all the conditions except sand that you intend to. I am getting great wear on the blacktop also. In short a pretty good all rounder. hope you find they are for you too.

Had wrangler ATR's fpr a bit over 12 months now, put them on just before doing the gibb river rd last year and they have been great. Do alot of gravel roads and tracks in the pilbara and never had a puncture. Used them in the sand around coral bay and exmouth and worked fine with reduced pressure. Rears are a bit cut up from moving around on gravel roads (and the occasional bit of circle work) but I reckon I should get 50-60 thousand k's out of them, for 200 bucks a tyre I'm happy.

Good price, I got mine at a K-mart 15% off sale so I thought 200 was good, especially when u pay near to $300 for BFG/coopers, was over 12 months ago though. For 170 I'd buy 2 sets! They don't seem to have been that popular for some reason even though I haven't heard any negative feedback for them. Comes down to marketing I guess and how much profit the tyre shops make on them. I bought them on the strength of the wrangler mtr which most users rave about. I did notice on Gibb that alot of the hire camper troopies were running wrangler atr's.

When I bought them I was advised to run them at 40 psi but after about 6 months I noticed the rears were wearing more towards the centre. I only have a Mits challnger so probably a bit lighter than most. Now I run about 35 with a load, 30 around town. Start with 20psi on sand and go down as required. Lowest I've had to go is 16psi and that was pretty soft stuff. I ran about 25 front and 28 rear on the gibb.

thanks cookie. i was told to run 40 psi and make sure i rotate every 10 thousand there are 5 tyre centers in this town and 4 different opions, i think its a case of find whats best for your own vehicel. ive been useing bridgestone and hankook for a number of years on a crusier ute more highway type tyres but the 4x4 ability of the ford courier i just bought doesnt quite match the crusier,it would benifit from any sort of traction aids i can put on it

I have 31x10.5x15 Goodyear Wrangler ATR on my landcruiser ute.
Been on all the terrain you listed and they have performed well.
I got them in March from Tyrepower for $179 each and have done 5500kms with them. I carry tools around and have 40psi in the rear and 35psi in the front.
Overall, no problems so far and have not heard any bad comments yet.
Good Luck
