A bit of useless information for you all to digest, was in at my local Nissan dealer the other day when I met the Tech Support Manager for Aust. He took one look at my 4" lifted GU and shook his head.
He told me that globally 93.7% of all patrols sold never saw a dirt road let alone a 4wd track............I guess the writings on the wall for Nissan to follow Toyota's lead and go with an independant front end.........damn!

But do you realise, that 92.4% of all statistics are made up on
the spot?

Look on the
bright side. Imagine how crowded the bush would be if that 97.3% actually did use their vehicle on dirt, or 4wd tracks. Cheers

Dave, perhaps they originally thought "Lost City" might have an adventurous ring to it. You know, trek through the Amazon jungle, ancient Inca
ruins and all that. But then they dropped the "lost" when they included sat. nav!

Famous statistic and conclusion from Jim Killen while in the senate in the 50s.
99% of people killed in Korea during 1951 to 1953 wore trousers, therefore trousers are dangerous.

In 25 years of walking in the bush I have seen three snakes. I have however seen dozens of them on the road, so should I perhaps wear stout shoes and carry a stick when walking on the road? I think perhaps I should.
As for smokers ... it seems to me that if we encourage people to give up smoking the number of deaths from lung disease will fall. Unfortunately the number of deaths from heart disease/stroke/No.47 bus etc will increase which will not please the heart foundation (or bus drivers).
When you hear on the news that 32% of accidents involve alky-hol I just have another drink cos that means 68% of accidents are caused by sober people and I want to halve my chances of having an accident.
Yes, 100% of non-smokers die, but at least they get the chance to die in bed aged 103, shot by a jealous husband.

Come on guys & guyettes...here are some really useless statistics:
20% of all sexually active females in Australia will at some time accept money for the provision of sex to the 100% of all sexually capable males who will at some time in their lives pay to have said aforementioned sex unless married in which case 99.8% of all married males will at some time in their lives be coerced by their wife into rewarding said wife for the provision of marital relations....
Also I am Psychic as I can see all the men nodding in agreement & all the women shaking their heads in denial....
I'm also good at ducking missiles thrown by enraged wives...
