Evening everone,
I'm looking for something suitable to protect the original mat in the back of the troopy. So far I've tried carpet (the dogs stunk that out even with regular cleaning).
I've tried vinyl floor covering, the cheap kind but it got damaged fairly quick with
camping gear and tool boxes.
Any
bright ideas, other than getting rid of the dogs?
Regards Bob

try a rubber place such as clark rubber but the best stuff is to get some used
conveyor belt rubber the dogs will never getthroughit andthere isenough weighttomake the troopy feel comfortable. rgds

I've got a piece of marine carpet cut to size that I throw down in back of the hilux so the dogs don't go slipping around and all. Works a treat and can get wet and dirty and all without becoming ruined, clogged or smelly. I just give it a good going over with the gerni when needed.

I agree with Plantman, a
well cut piece of marine carpet should do the job nicely. It is easily cleaned and your
camping gear and tool boxes will slide in and out of the troopy easily (providing you secure the marine carpet at a few key points).

Yes Plantman, that is the go, works a treat. Marine Carpet is so durable and just loves being Gerni'd when it starts to look like crap.
