Whinge!! Rightly so!! My 10 yo calls him Harry Screwloose. He is anti 4 wheel drive and anti the Australian flag. I guess if he wasnt part of those two platforms, he would be less of a nobody than he already is!!!! Michael

Maybe they better ban Utes too because that one on the Tonkin Hwy a few nights back didn't fair to good either....Neither did the driver

yeah 4 wheel drives are bad but brother have you seen what happens to an aeroplane in a crash, seen some real mangled up aeroplanes after they hit the ground the wrong way, and the occupants don't usually look too flash either.

I've had two serious prangs in 4x4's (neither were my fault BTW). Walked away from both. The other drivers were both f*cked. Nothing, repeat nothing will ever convince me that I would have been better off in a small car.
If I wasn't driving a full chassis 4x4 I have no doubt I'd be the one still lying in hospital through absolutely no fault of my own.

Ah
well yes I did end up watching the channel and there was nothing about it in any way, but there was a small segment on the news, looks like they cant even advertise on radio properly, typical but glad there was nothing on it on the current affairs my wife ends up getting the bleep s with me cause it puts me in a bleep ty mood normally. Sorry for the mislead information people. Regards Steve M

I spat it the other day when reading a letter written to the
Fremantle Gazette, by a person who wants 4WD's banned from inner
Fremantle because of an accident there about 4 weeks ago.
The "accident" was a BMW X5 [I think] crashed through the front of a
shop window.
This peanut expressed their dislike of 4WD's right at the start of the letter, but failed to give one word of known fact that the accident would not have occurred if the driver was in a Hyundai ! There was not one word of fact, or written evidence, that 4WD's are responsible for any more, less or otherwise, accidents in
Fremantle,
Wollongong or Widgeemoultha!
There was not one word of indignation about the model of car that crashed through a day care window and caused the horrific injuries to little Sophie, or even the make of car that was involved in her second tragic accident that bought tears to the eyes of a lot of Australians. Imagine if it was a landcruiser that went through the window of that day care centre?
Rather than hunt 4WD owners, sruby should be hunting those who speed excessively, regardless of make or model of car.

I thought it was Sunrise that was having another attack. I think it was this morning (Wednesday), but I didn't hang around home long enough to see it.
