Uploading a custom map into a Garmin 2610

I have created some custom maps using Oziexplorer software. Has anyone come across a simple way of importing non mapsource maps into a Garmin Street Pilot 2610?

You mean like Tracks4Australia. raster 50k won't go into Garmin products.

Hello - It is a bit unclear as to what format the maps you have created are in. I am no expert on making Garmin maps but you can use OziExplorer as a first step - I think the programs used after OziExplorer (save your tracks and points as ESIRI shape files) is to use cGPSmapper (map compiler) and then Img2GPS - to send finished map (img format) to GPS. Another program with which you can edit actual Garmin maps (img format - such as Tracks for Australia) is GPSMapEdit. Sorry dont have time to track down links.
