Spotted an Explore OZ rear wheel cover today at close range when on foot, who was it?

I will drop some hints

I was walking on the right side if the road, carrying an esky that look’s like a golf bag LOL
You were doing a 3-point turn near the security checkpoint

Apparently I'm yet to reach puberty:this seems a little like incest to those of us outside the circle.
