Headlight Inserts

Hi Pete,
no experience with this brand, but picked up some plus 50 s in the local Autone 1 shop for $28.00 and they were a big improvement on better halfs Paj

hey there I bought some from repcofor my patrol off memory were 35 each plus bulbs put in 100 what hallagen bulbs huge improvement can see now at night.

Pete, I have recently had the IPF headlight/loom upgrade put in my Troopy and am more than pleased, IMO worth the money.

I've just bought the IPF inserts from my local TJM dealer for my troopy.
Along with a pair of IPF 120/80 globes and a secondhand ARB loom from one of the members here.
Only collected all the bits this week and I'm going away tomorrow for about 2 weeks so I won't be able to report on them for a bit.

IPF do a globe called "fatboy" they are pretty good but cost around $140.00 a pair. The low beam is excellent, probably 50% better than before. High beam is better too but I wouldn't say by 50%.

This is in a GU pootrol.

well I swear by the Hello H4 inserts, IMHO they outperform all others that I tried in my XW Falcon. Incl several other sealed beams and higher priced units, never tried the IPF ones tho.

I also upgraded the wiring and added relays to both high and low beam.
