Imagine being in this position where you cant afford the rebuild, and nissan wont come to the party... Paid $26k, sell for $9.. But I think theres something not right in dodge on this one... I feel scam..

rooted motor....overheated. Nissan won't help if it's been neglected though the ad reads otherwise.

Hi....
Well, it's not THAT cheap...
It is a 6 year old truck with a shot motor, it is DX spec, so it would probably be worth less than 20 even if it was working. If one budgets on 5-10k to fix....it's not that far off. Particularly if it has a few k's on it.
Cheers

Yeah it sounds sus, but if the body and drive train are good, could still be a good truck to tilt tray down to the guys in brunswick! ;-) Transport costs alone would start to make it not such a good alternative though...

Nothing wrong with 700+ to a
tank, I get that all the the time even when I drive
mine hard. You can have 3 late model 3.olt motors from a wrecker for $10,500. Obviosly haven't done any homework on costs.

I dont like ebay because they do not usually provide ph. no or address. If I am buying a vehicle I like to see the house and area to get some idea of the charactor of the person eg. imaculate house usually means
well maintained vehicle. If anyone is interested in this vehicle I will look at it for them as it only a few ks away. But overheated usually means lack of maintainace. Could be good buy for 7000.00 as he is over a barrel.
