Hi all,
I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Challenger and recently picked up a 76mm nudge bar for it, came off another challenger same era.
Any clues on how to mount it properly.

Don't have a challenger, but from memory, most manufacturers supplied bolts and a mounting/adaptor plate. Possibly some holes to drill in the chassis rails.
Can you work out who manufactured it?
The 76mm nudge bar is pretty generic from a few manufacturers, since 76mm is a standard aluminium pipe size.
If it is a genuine Mitsubishi one, it is most probably Queensland Bullbars, they were making them under contract for a while.

it is from East Coast bullbars, it came with the mounting plates and bolts, looks like I have to remove the bumper bar first.

Sorry, can not help with whether you need to remove the bumper or not.
Have you tried ringing east coast?
I know it could be a bit cheeky, but at the worst all they will say is that they can not help you. Otherwise they might talk you through mounting it.

took your advice and tried my luck with ECB's, they advised against fitting it myself, they want to charge me for fitting it, but with the photos from Craigww2 should be able to give it a crack myself

yep, it is the bonnet protector.
I bought a bunch of accessories off a guy, he gave me a bag of clips and bolts.
unfortunatley the clips for the middle of the bonnet protector are missing, mitsubishi don't sell them as a spares.
thinking I would just put a couple of screws through the protector into the holes in the underside of the bonnet.
anybody got any other suggestions for me?
