Caravan Coupling Hight ???

I am buying a new caravan and have been told i can not under sling axle dew to tow bar coupling hight by 2 dealers of the same brand van.A hayman tow bar place told me there was no set hight as long it wasn't silly(for QLD).Has anybody else heard about this.

my hayman reese tow hitch is adjustable so that when the van is level i can adjust the ball hieght to suit and my van is underslung

The Vehicle Standards Bulletin VSB1 Code of Practice for Trailers up to 4.5t states that the centre of the body of the ball coupling shall be 350 - 420 mm from the ground when laden.
