Hi Dave,

I had to repair a tyre this afternoon with one fitted. Much less prone to damage when having the tyres changed or repaired. The Smart tire sensors are real easy to knock of the securing band when breaking the bead.

I had the Smart Tire type on my truck but I would prefer the valve mounted type.

Justmy view.

DavidT,
I've had a Sensatyre kit for 2 years now, saved a couple of tyres before to much damage is done.

Another vote from me. You need to mount the reciever away from your GPS if you have one, mine caused interference.
