My nephew has just bought and is renovating a small Leyland bus, 1972.

Personally I think he has made a bit of a mistake and should have bought a caravan, but never mind, he's young and should learn.

His biggest problem is that the bus came with 17" wheels and not the original 20" wheels.

Does anyone know if 20" wheels are available. They have 8 studs and probably split rim.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Boo

Just repeating what Amos told me re wheel sixe. I think he was told that by previous owner. It also has a chev v8 petrol motor not the original.

8 and 10 stud wheels are common on Euro / Pommie trucks. They're should be no shortage of dead Leylands lying around. Ford D Series / Cargo's may be of use too.

Auctions may be the go.
