Footloose
A group representing Indigenous people says a native title claim over the
Gold Coast in Queensland is not a land grab.
An organisation called the
Gold Coast Native Title Group has filed a claim covering all vacant Crown land from the Logan River to the Tweed River and west to Tamborine Mountain.

Perhaps we should give it to them in return for them waiving all rights to taxpayers money and all other forms of welfare ?
(sorry, I know I'm being nastee but I'm not impressed with current spate of claims:)

I believe in most tradional groups, that's not the way it used to happen. Being cut loose without food or

What worries me is that I'm convinced that these minority groups have never lived without running
water in their lives. They seem to bear little resemblance to those I've met around the communities. I don't think that they are doing much good for those who need the most help.
If all vacant crown land is up for grabs then I'll have a bit please. As a taxpayer I have strong bonds to Crown land.
Many years ago my ancestors were raped and killed and their lands taken from them by invaders. Do you rekkon that entitles me to anything ? No bloody fear. Do you rekkon I deserve anything ? No way.
Now where did you say your tax dollars were being spent again ?
