I am in the process of fitting a Safari Turbo and intercooler to my 1999 3lt Hilux, the installation of the turbo is progressing well but the intercooler is proving to be quite a challenge. I was wondering if anyone had installed one of these systems into a hilux before. We don,t have any instructions as it is a 2nd hand kit. so far we have worked out how it mounts but it looks like the aircon dryer is going to be in the way. Any constructive comments would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

Hi Barnsy.
You will need to have the a/c pipe modified to allow the intercooler pipe through. Any a/c or rad place can do this.
Regards Col

Thanks Col
we discovered that and also had to move the dryer to the side a bit more. She is all fitted up as of today, just have to get the exhaust sorted out. Going to 2.5 inch.
Thanks for your advice
Cheers
