Hey all, well looking at a post below talking about jinxes, i thought id have to mention this one.

About 10 years back my VH commodore got pinched and stripped, of course they took my box of tapes which was under the seat, i was bleep tered because i'd just bought a new copy of pearl jams ten album...

anyway, put a new selection of disks in the jackaroo the other week, going through the rack at home saw the ten CD and thought "havent given that a spin for a while", so popped it in the cd wallet.

Go out to the car this morning and notice one of the rear doors ajar, hmmmm, have a look, no damage to car is evident but all doors are unlocked. Think to open glovebox - the cd wallet is gone ARHHHHHH............they also took my new luxeon led torch and my vicroads directory.

So beware the curse of the "ten" album.........................

Ps - be on the lookout for a junkie who is traveling rural victoria at night with good taste in music LOL...

Will have to check if its viable to do a claim. otherwise its a slow buying session.

Whats that-whos pearl jam ??

geez the first and the best album "ten" the track "black" my favorite song, closely followed by radioheads "high and dry" . They can bury me to those beauties.

if ur still using cds in the car why not just burn a copy of origional & use it in the car. much cheaper to replace & u do't get to worried if u put any marks in the CD

Yep that's what I do, I never take originals in the car for the simple fact that I don't want to be constantly replacing them if someone flogged them.
