Gday All

I'm not much of a reader, but a book release in this weeks local rag caught my eye, and is probably of interest to a lot on this site.

The Book is 'Metamorphosis of a Race', and is written by "Father Sanz", who has been at the mission most of the time from 1939, written is association with aboriginal woman Dolores Djinmora. Sounds like a good read.

Cheers Andrew

Andrew, that book was being read by a couple of young female teachers whose wheel we fixed on the GJT. I had a quick glance, at the insistance of one of em. Fascinating.

Andrew

Tlhanks so much for this piece of info. I have a small library of books on Australian Indigenous people/issues, including covering Arnhem Land and the Kimberley.

This area i.e. material on aboriginal people, is of great interest to me so I will certainly be keeping an eye out for it.

Never been there but I've only heard good things about Father Sanz. It should be an interesting read.
