10/10 Service from Redarc

As a followup to my previous post about my Redarc Smart Solenoid giving trouble, here is what happened.

I spoke to Paul at Redarc, SA, on Tuesday morning and explained what was wrong with it and that it was four months out of warranty. No problem, send it back and we'll either fix it send you a new one.

I stuck it in an express post bag from Vic on Tuesday and a brand new one was in my letter box this morning (Thursday).

That is sensational product support and SERVICE.

They've got my business forever.

had a similar problem 2 years ago and got a similar service, even though it was bought on ebay. Great service!!!

You won't get that kind of service when you buy that "Made in China" stuff from somewhere like Super Crap Auto.

You won't get it very often with that "Made in Australia" stuff either!

Well done Redarc - these things are noticed, and remembered, by more people than many companies realise - especially since the advent of the internet.

I also had a problem with my Redarc and a voltage drop. I was put on to Paul who was extremely helpful; and after a couple of phone calls and specific tests he wanted me to do, found the cause. A dodgy auto electrician!! Anyway Redarc get a elephant stamp and a star from me for being exceptional in service. Now if I could only say something nice about ARB.......

Yep I have had very good service from them also.
They know there product and have time to share their knowledge with those that use their product, often many miles away. Smart Business

Never had a problem with my Redarc but needed some advice....1st class service received!! Good company to deal with.
