I just read an interesting article in the
Gold Coast bulletin stating that "one of the
Gold Coast region's most popular bushwalks could soon be off limits as local aborigines plan a fresh assault to protect what they say is a sacret site".
It will be quite interesting to see how the National Parks & Wildlife Service handle this issue.

Don't worry, the locals will rent it back to National Parks. So you get a hefty access fee and the pleasure of knowing that despite it all, you're really trespassing.
I wouldn't worry too much, there are state and federal challenges to the
Perth case at the moment, and rulings there could change things.
Bit of a buggar really. It might stuff my land claim on my neighbours place.
