Sorry I had a go at you Willie but I was getting frustrated at the attitude of some people who think because I dont post here a lot I must be a moron or something. It appears to be coming a bit of a them and us
forum and heading downn the track of a few of those ones that we all have rubbished in the past.

Ray, there are some here who get their jollies out of having a go. Some will even bring their mates in to help them.
They are often little, little people.
Not sure of what the problem was, but it takes a man to apologise :)))

Footloose
I think he may mean Willem
Because Willie did not reply to the post
I hope people are not shortening names to have a go at them?
Ray
It's better to make a comment than a statement on things you see or hear, that's all
Richard
PS Footloose

Richard, yep. It was just what I'd expected and then a tad more. If I hadn't of driven half of it at night I would have taken more pix. Sounds like a good excuse to go back :)) Took the Codan out of the back and the mounting bracket fell apart...hmm...never seen that before...must be a Kidson special effect.... LOL

Footy
Please tell me why you drove half of the Kidson at night.
I expected to see more sand as it is the
Great Sandy Desert.
Going in that direction again June 2008 for a mega trek along some chartered and some unchartered ways

Willem, it's a long story. Hmm...you sure know how to tempt a bloke, don't you ? There's plenty of sand out there. The track just follows the easiest path, put in by the guys who were trying to find oil.
Personally I would have called it a stony desert. Too stony to
camp comfortably :))

That 11 hour trek home must've mellowed me, Bonz.....lol
Jude and Jeddah both stayed in their respective beds today and I stayed busy, including a 300km return trip to
Hawker.
Hope you all recovered
well from the festivities
Cheers
