Hi
We are off to the 6 th annual mud bulls & music from 2-5 november at landcruiser park. All the details are at www.mudbullsandmusic.com.au/ , this year is going to be bigger and better then before with some well known artists playing. We have never been to the show but love the park for those weekend getaways. If anyone is interested in coming would like to meet some faces to names. We are heading out hopefully thursday morning and staying till sunday arvo.

Not that most people that go do, but I hope you aren't keen on much sleep! haha! Took some mates out one year and about the only complaint they had was the lack of sleep they got! It's an awesome weekend - you'll have a ball! :-)

Cheers
Scoey!

The last time I went it rained all weekend with intermittent patches of blazing sun just to steam it up a bit! ;-)

As long as I stay wet on the inside it doesn't matter what is happening to the weather. We sleep in the nissan so if it gets to loud we can just up and move a bit further away. Paid for tickets this morning so looking forward heading out that way.

It would be a great place except for all the drunken yobbos thinking they can conquer Mt Everest in the middle of the night scaring the bleep out of people camping near by. Have been there a few times but its not worth the hassel, wish the owners would set a rule like some other parks that u can not go 4wd after 6pm. then I think we will all have a better time, sorry Grub that my thoughts.
Cheers Bruce

Yep similar sentiments Bruce.

My main gripe would be the drunk drivers, I'm not so intimidated by the sound of a V8 at 11PM but when I think it is a possibility of some 19YO with a gut full behind the wheel of that V8 then that's a different story. Road rules actually apply in this park so I can't see why the owners can't "invite" a few blueys to enforce the DUI rules. Maybe this would kill the weekend for those that go but then would enough of the rest of us go in thier place?? I think so.

Cheers, Trevor.

2-5000 Drunken yobbo's in the one spot, behind the wheel or not, is more than enough to keep me away !

Grub we are thinking of going.

You should put this on QLD Members Trips and Gatherings.

Will let you know if we are going.

Thanks BBB
