Anybody tried the Mud Version of this ?
I am currently contemplating this tire in either 255/85/16 or 265/75/16
leaning towards the taller 85 .. my alternative would be the Goodyear MT/R in
265/75/16 (only the BFG comes in 255/85)
thanks

I had one of the first sets in the country a few years ago, 285/75/16 on my 120 Series Prado.
they were a little skatey in the wet onroad, but bloody brilliant offroad. A very good solid tyre.
Certainly not a daily driver, but an excellent tyre for a second set.
Sidewalls were good thick swamper type sidewalls you expect from interco, and the lug design works
well, nice bit solid lugs, open tread, steeped tread to avoid lug rounding over tyre life.

yes I read that a few times about the wet ...
I use my truck only for travels but a fair bit is also on
bitumen at times to get to the
places of interest ..
I also read that the early ones had a softer compound ..
what mileage did you get from them .. can you remember ?
regards
