Perhaps someone can help! A mate has a petrol prado 90 series which seems to losing power and has an intermittant miss. He has done the obvious things such as replace plugs and leads, put it on an analyzer which didn't show a fault, replaced the air and fuel filters and replaced the coil(s). Has he missed anything obvious?

The oxygen sensor on the air inlet (between the air filter and manifold) - on top, secured by two small screws and a wire or two going to it..
Be gentle - they are expensive if you break them - use carby clean on it

Reckon the same as Ivan. The air flow sensor could be dodgy.
Mine lost power slowly over a mth or two, then just simply died suddenly.
