fj40 lift kit price?

hi
im looking at buying a fj40 that has std suspension, i would like to raise it up a bit but not sure on the costs or which way is best?
can i just get some higher leaf springs and shackles?

also i notice that on the forum someone said it will cost about $800 to lift the body 50mm it this correct as i would like to do this aswell?

how do these mods go with insurance companies?

any help would be great as i would like to buy this fj40 as it seems quite good.
