Hi All I am going to buy a new 2KVA Generator need it to run my Air comaander air con on Van also 1300wt hot watersystem on my boat Kipor have released a new serries 2000ti am woundering if they have solved minor engine probs they where haveing with KGE Model ( alot of outlets have stoped selling them over here due to warranty probs) also has anyone have any coments on the powermax range, otherwise i will go with Honda

Go with Honda or Yamaha anyway - buy it on special (they always reduce prices during your local Caravan and
Camping show) and you'll never look back.

Only just got the Honda 20i genny for $1995 less $200 cash back Total $1795 & 5 year warranty ,great deal and has a heap of Grunt for the air cond plus free delivery cant beat that.

VEry nice sounding deal - any clues to similar in SA? (Metro area)
B.T.W. I have heard that if one gets a bad lot of fuel it requires a FULL dismantling of the genset to access the filters & Carby etc to fix and can cost up to eight hours - yes 8 hrs - labour plus parts to repair - any other experiences or comments here!

I bought the 1000W Yam (wanted to save weight - don't use air con while away also) - but observed at the time that Houghton Honda do specials to coincide with the Carvan and
Camping type shows - IF there is a cash back on at the time from Honda, that is extra to the discount so you can save a lot if it all comes together.
My Yam was hundreds cheaper at show time - if these retailesrs don't exhibit at the shows, they will run specials off site - not necessarily advertised - phone them at the time maybe - Yam Pitmans had a good deal on
mine, but not advertised
