Hi Don,
There will be a few differences between the 2001 and 2006 model campers. The earlier Jayco Outback camper will have a wooden frame for the seats and cupboards which changed to aluminum tube frame from around 2005 (?). The wood frame should have a number of (not all) of the joins with screws. Ours has the wood frame for the seats and cupboards and the Alumimum frame in the walls.
I think the 2001 model may have s stronger chassis using a large cross section RHS A-frame with Jayco trying a smaller box tube construction in the chassis for a while.
The later models will have std a 4 burner stove, outside light, TV ariel plug. I hope that gives you a starting point - cheers Anthony
