Online Travel Insurance...Update

A few months ago I asked the question about the above, they provide cover for about a quarter of the cost of what a travel agent will charge.
Worldcare was suggested by most, however no one had to make a claim, so who knows if they were any good.
We went for it and had a problem while we were away.
We had to make a claim and all money was recovered.
The only downside was the time it took, nearly 2 months and numerous phone calls and forms, as mentioned we did eventually get paid.
Maybe travel agent insurance cover would take as long.
My only other recent claims have been car/house ins, both took only a few days to sort out.
I'll use them again.
