Hi Guys and Guyesses
I have recently purchased a 100 series Land Cruiser and am looking at where to locate the GPS unit (GPS V) I have an external arial so not worried about reception as such. Would like to see some pics of what others have done. The area just to my lhs by the gear lever is already 'occupied' with the front and rear diff air lock switches :-)
Pic would be great :-)

I have a Prado, but this will work the same. Buy a dash mat and stick and staple some velcro to it where you want to mount the gps. Furry part sticks to the gps so you can easilly remove it when needed. Gives you heaps of options on where to mount it & no extra holes in the dash.
Hope this helps,
Cheers

Thanks for the response...I have a mat on order (pick up tomorrow)...great minds think alike :-)....If anyone has any more ideas I would appreciate it. One thought I had was to mount the GPS V on its side up by the sunvisor using the remote antennae...all ideas considered :-)
