Hi Folks,
My son has a late model Jeep Wrangler and he wants to get a new set of radiator hoses. From advice he has been given it would appear that you can only get these from Jeep at a cost in excess of $300.00 for the pair. The explanation he has been given for this is that the Jeep
water pump is very strong and that without these hoses which apparently are internally reinforced over normal hoses, the pump will suck them flat causing overheating and the possible big bang we all try to avoid.
Does anyone out there know if this sounds right and or any alternate supplier of hoses that would fit the Wrangler?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks.
My son has had some

These guys’s are Big and stock a lot of parts Aftermarket or OEM for anything American and will ship parts fast; I have had parts delivered to my door in 6 days from them.
I have used them a few times in the past with 0 problems and have saved a lot of $$
I looked throe there Online catalogue and found Goodyear Replacement Hoses for, Jeep wangler 2000 4litre for around U.S$10, Sure beats $300

Like most rad hoses they will have a spring in the bottom hose to stop this, its normal and shouldn`t cost big $$$$
