Hi all,

Anyone on here who has one of the above caravans. I like them as far as design and weight is concerned but are they holding up to our road conditions?

Considering purchasing one in the next 6 months or so.

All comments welcomed.
Thanks

Yeahhhhhhhh I to would like to know as well, thinking of trading in the Gin Palace on a similarly sized lighter German Gin Palace (That would be a Schnapps palace)....I've been over, under and all around these Geists & Burstners & they "do it" for me. The sales people claim that they are so light because of the method of construction...Only other susicicous thing with them would be that if you have a minor bingle it becomes a very expensive repair....And with the ducted heater you could ALMOST tour the Apple Isle in winter....

Check out what the cupboards and interior furnishings are made of, when we went to the queensland release of them most of the one's we looked in had screws pulled out of crappy chipboard on the cupboards and on the tandem ones I thought the wheels were a bit to close together for my liking.

crawled all over and built to light for my liking. cannot go and buy parts anywhere like you can for Aussie vans. if you go to the UK caravan groups and see how they complain about poor quality and vans coming apart and floors like cardboard and leaks I parted my money on an Aussie built van.
