Hello all,

We picked up our first c'van today from the delaers after a 5 month gestation period. As a brand new newey to the caravan world of early retirees I have had some "dumb had to know the answer to questions", politely and generously answered by the "more experienced hands" of this forum.

Because I (make that we) were so impressed with the organisation and the help we recived as a visitor we decided to join EO and this is our first member posting.

If you are on the far North Coast of NSW and see a Cromal with number plates beginning SK1 ( well the 1 looks like an I from a distance) performing awkward reverse parkings... it is us trying to master a new science... so give us a toot ( and a wider berth than normal).

Regards
SKI'er

Well done Skier,
Ithink the membership fee is a small ask for all the knowledge, advice, and general information that is available on this excellent website.Hope you enjoy your new van and am sure will meet many lovely people with your same interests.

Welcome SKIer

Hope you get as much out of this as we do we love camping, traveling and the out doors and you can not get a better site than Exploroz to do your home work it is a great site and community.

To make the most of your member ship put the Photos of your new van and holiday pitchers in the members rig and profile then your camping photos in the Photo album at the bottom of that page.

Use the Members Trips and gatherings we have been to two so far and met some good people and had a ball over the week end.

If you want to put the Exploroz sticker or wheel cover on the back of your van then other member will come and introduce them selves to you when you are camped.

Welcome

Welcome to the EO club. Welcome to caravanning too. When we are travelling about we take our caravan mostly on bitumen, other than dirt into close by camp sites & parks. When we want to serious 4WD we agist the van at a caravan park for a few days (most charge only a nominal fee for this) and take the small tent. Guess I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but this site is for grey nomadic vanners too.
