Hi All, Looking for some advice (again sorry) I would love a full bull bar with winch point and spot light mounting points, but due to the price I am considering a Nudge bar only. I have a 2001 Mitsub Challenger and wanted to know if I should wait and save for the bull bar, or go for the Nudge bar(half price). The Mrs is willing to buy me the nudge bar for Xmas.
I am hoping to get some advise of the difference's and experience out there ?
Thanks again

You can always add a winch to a bull bar later, whereas you can't add a winch to a nudge bar.
Couple of questions you need to ask yourself:
1. Do you really need an electric winch?
2. Are you doing lots of driving where a roo strike is likely?

Thanks for your reply
1- I dont really need a winch, just a nice to have.
2- I drive 2 -3 trips NW WA a year, so a roo strike is likely, but over a year, the chance is very very low

if you fit a nudge bar and hit a roo on the corner and your car is smashed up so that part of the bodywork scrapes against the tyre as you turn corners, then you are going to feel awfully silly! you already know the answer....so forget the silly nudge thing and get a steel bullbar

By that logic everyone should have a bull bar.

Save your coin and get a bullbar. Have a look through the trading post or similar publications or keep an eye out on ebay....you never know, one might appear.

A nudge bar is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Sparky
