For all you northerners basking in the sunshine at the moment, I am sitting at work looking out the window at the hail storm we are in the middle of. Global Warming?

That hail is due to the warming of the ocean and slip stream thingy and stuff .

I think the sudden global warming discussion was a ploy by the government to sidetrack people while they slip unother uppercut to the average worker .

Can't help wondering what 'they' would have said at the end of the last ice age....probably would have enjoyed eating mammoths and slush puppies and living in igloos with fur coats....

Global warming was the best thing that happened then....IMHO.

Tim, don't know if your tv has had any pictures but there are two icebergs 80 km out to sea from Dunedin NZ at the moment. The largest is approx 100 m high and 300 m long. Because of there size they will prob drift quite a long way further north before they totally disappear.
