Hi all,
I've tried twice to upload new photo's onto my rig section but it is not playing the game. Can anyone help?
Have just come hame from a day out at
Green Pool (SW of Harding dam), in the
Pilbara, had a great day, beautiful, spot cool
water, minimal flies. Bit of a hike to get to but worth it.
Cheers

Come on On Patrol. I used to have a GU also (gas/petrol POS) luv the new Prado (especially the range/economy). GU had a bit more space but i didn't fill it all the time anyway so was a non issue.
On the link it appears to upload completely but then the EO website chucks me off and it doesnt appear to have worked. Any more ideas?

Hmmmm same here. Just tried twice, but site gives me an error message after uploading the pic. Maybe some maintenance happening on the site, so we'll have to see what David says tomorrow.
Cheers
John

G'day everyone, I found that I had to reduce the size of the photo by 50% before I had any luck.
Good luck

Hi all,
There is a problem with the image uploader across the whole site - it has a memory problem (don't we all some times). Basically if the image is large it can cause the server to run low on memory and crash out the process of uploading.
I have a new utility that I am loading and will try to get it installed into the rig and gallery uploader today - it is all part of the full system re-write that is going on in the background. I will load a thread when the uploader is installed.
For now resize the image down to something like 600 or 800 pixels - then upload the resized image and all will be ok.

Thanks for the great work you do David.
BTW, with all the birthdays appearing at the bottom of the page, when is the ExploreOz birthday and how old is it?
Pete

Thanks Pete,
Hum ExplorOz birthday - Cannot remember the exact date we loaded www.ExplorOz.com however it was around the 1st Feb 2000 we used to run under our previous business called Beach & Beyond and also under itbeyond.com.au for about 4 years before www.ExplorOz.com was launched. Maybe we should allocate this date (I will check with Michelle she remembers better than I) and we can work out an offical DOB.
