4 Runner Auto transmission

I have a 1990 V6 auto Toyota 4 Runner. I have aproblem with the auto transmission seeming to lose power when accelerating. The problem doesn't happen all of the time, it has its good and bad days. I believe the problem is the transmission, not the engine. I've had 2 shift solenoids replaced in the transmission, and an auto electrician to
check the computer etc. No problems were found.
Any comments that might help?

I'd be taking it back to Mr Toyota and telling him to fix it, after all he advertises that they are unbrakeable.
