That first track you described has obviously changed a bit since we were there last........or did you just need a Nissan to show you all how to do it hehehehehhe I love stirring it up with those less fortunate Yota owners.
So glad I wasn't there to hurt my old Nissan hey.

Good to see you all had fun, and I do really wish I was there.
Regards, Trevor.

Craig, I reckon if you had more agressive tyres it would have made the difference getting out of those ruts IMHO.

LOL, I got stuck at that point the last time and had to go back down and take a run-up, but like you, I also got stuck again as I popped out of the ruts. You just don't want to go back down and do it again (Hmph!). Luckily I got some traction with a few rocks and popped out of it.

I guess this time I knew I'd need some momentum and managed to scramble over it. If I go that way again I'll make sure I'm the first car LOL to get the best of the track conditions and then shag it up for the others LOL......... or send Cornel up first with the snatch strap LOL.

Yeah but you still didn't get to go right to the top, where it really gets nasty. (If that doesn't make the others happy they didn't get up nothing will LOL!!)

See you up there next time for sure.
Trevor.

After lunch we nearly had 3 extra tagalongs as other cars followed us out and wanted to know where we're going LOL. never seen it so full of cars & people, but they had an X-Trail with them so I couldn't make the call - they left in another direction while we did a couple more hills ;o)

Hi Andrew,
As you know I wasn't there to actually see the hill climbing antics, but was certainly following it on the two way whilst trying to find you guys.
It was good to meet a few more members and visitors alike and from all reports you once again put together a great outing, sounds like everyone enjoyed themselves, I know I did !
Am looking forward to the next one, hopefully I can make it along again, maybe on four wheels this time :-))

Just as well we didn't commit because Mark was out of action anyway.
Perry texted me and said I should head out for a day for myself.... and my reply...
You really think Mark would let me go 4wding without him in the car!!!!!!!!!!!
The Paj is all back, is getting taken down to the mechanics right now for a service and post repairs check over and we are good to go!!!!!

Cheers
Jo
