Has anyone experience in converting a cob to gas.

Interesting concept..... it would certainly be more controllable and would also get to temperature more quickly. You wouldn't have the ash to worry about and clean out after every session.
The only negative for me is that I won't carry gas any more. I've gone dual-fuel for everything else.

Why buy a Cobb if you want to convert it, just stick a
camp oven over a gas ring much cheaper.
