Hiyas, i am having problems with my Patrol, when the key switch is put into the ignition position all my power drops out and nothing can be done to get it back. when i remove the ECU fuse No.25 from holder some power comes back but still looks dim. All the clocks reset and no power at all. There is no key reader installed there was an imobiliser but have since removed that but no joy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Crook Battery,

Resistance on the battery terminals.

double check the battery terminal connections- especially check the earth- take off both and clean terminals and connectors- I had similar prob recently when I changed batts- cleaned up earth connector till I saw fresh brass again, and now all good.
