Hi Richard
Are you planning some big adventures?
I bought a Bull Bag in a moment of lapsed thoughts and have never used it.
The only real bog I have had in the past 10 years was this year on the last dune coming off the
Rig Road, and used my floor mats and 9psi in tyres and that worked. Nissan was sitting on its belly.
The thing is...if you have them you won't get bogged. If you don't have them you will most likely get bogged....LOL
Regards

That's right Willem..
Some theory as the winch.. I've never been bogged since I've had it mounted up front..LOL
Us like you like to travel alone so, I like the idea of something simple to get us out forward or reveres
Richard
Now that Photo is of our van when it grows up LOL

They don't fold up do they, but am still interested their length and width as stowing always a problem.

They are similar to what the concrete trucks use over here in
Perth to get on a building site. They use a thin metal sheet with holes throughout to keep the weight down.

Realy interesting in the weight of the Maxtrac , have seen used 2 long strips of ally security door mesh for the same purpose as the Maxtrac ,worked a treat in mud and sand cost bug-er all as security door mesh was from second hand door , 30cm wide x 2.4mt long ,was carried on roof rack ,would not have weighed more than 2kg.

Sounds good I have been thinking of getting a set as a precorsion when towing the traveller on Morton Is in soft sand and up the cuttings.
They are not badly priced when compared to other 4x4 recovery gear and what price do you put on pice of mind and asset protection.
I think the big advantage of the MAXTRAX is they remove a lot of the danger factors of winching and snach straps whitch can be fatail.
They look like a good product to me
Will be interested to here what you think
