Has anybody out there fitted the new Lightforce 240's to an ECB Big Tube Bar for an 80 series. Did a little bit of measuring and it may be a tight squeeze. ECB wont tell me as they only sell the Oscars.

Fitted 2 240's into a Nissan genuine steel winch bar. Made 2 brackets that lifted and moved the lights back. They look great! Work even better.
Hope this helps Brian

Hi Brian,

You wouldn't happen to have a couple of photos of the brackets would you? I have a set of 240's in the garage that need to be fitted to a Nissan bar but I need brackets to bring the lens behind the front of the bar and to also lift them up.

Regards
David

No, but may be able to do it ????
The brackets raise the light 35mm and move them back 40mm.
I used flatbar bent in an "S" shape . but If I had to do it again it would be flatbar for the base and angle for the up right and 5mm thick (no movement) send you email address and I will try to get photos to you!

Lots of people are having problems fittin 240s to lots of bars.

it may be a tight squeeze in the end, but remember they have a big effect on air flow to the motor too, so cooling can be a problem.

YMMV.

Truckster, I asked the guy at TJM whether or not it would effect the temp and he said that he has got them fitted to a 100 series turbo and it doesn't effect the temp, so I'm hoping that it wont effect mine (91 80 series turbo
